Welcome to DrugTesters.net, operated by Mobile Drug Testing (“Mobile Drug Testing,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, communications, appointment-request tools, and services.
By using our website, requesting an appointment, contacting us, or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or services.
1. Our Services
Mobile Drug Testing provides, coordinates, or facilitates services that may include drug and alcohol testing collection services, DOT and non-DOT collection services, breath alcohol testing, hair testing, oral-fluid testing, urine testing, DNA and paternity-testing collection services, background-screening coordination, occupational-health services, mobile on-site collection services, and related administrative services.
The precise services available, pricing, appointment requirements, collection procedures, laboratory processes, turnaround times, and reporting procedures may vary based on the test type, customer, employer, laboratory, court order, agency requirement, location, and applicable laws or policies.
2. No Medical, Legal, or Employment Advice
Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, legal advice, employment advice, a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, laboratory result interpretation, or a guarantee of any outcome.
For medical questions, contact a licensed healthcare professional. For legal questions, contact a qualified attorney. For employment decisions, contact the employer, Medical Review Officer, third-party administrator, or other authorized decision-maker.
3. Appointments and Arrival Requirements
Appointments may be required for certain services. Walk-in availability is not guaranteed. Please arrive on time and bring all required identification, authorization forms, employer/court/agency paperwork, payment information, and any other documents requested for your service.
We may reschedule, decline, delay, or cancel an appointment when:
- Required identification, authorization, payment, or paperwork is missing.
- The requested test cannot be completed under applicable collection, laboratory, employer, court, agency, safety, or program procedures.
- The donor is unable or unwilling to comply with required collection procedures.
- The donor’s conduct presents a safety, security, or operational concern.
- Weather, travel, staffing, equipment, laboratory, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control affect service availability.
4. Mobile and On-Site Services
Mobile and on-site services are subject to scheduling, geographic availability, applicable fees, travel time, staffing, site suitability, and safety requirements. The requesting party is responsible for providing a safe, private, accessible, and appropriate collection location when required.
Additional fees may apply for travel, after-hours service, rush requests, cancellations, waiting time, no-shows, remote locations, or services outside our regular service area. Any applicable fee will be communicated when reasonably possible before service is provided.
5. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
Prices may change without notice. Payment may be required before, at, or after service depending on the test type and customer arrangement.
Unless required otherwise by law or agreed in writing, fees for completed collections, administrative services, laboratory processing, mobile travel, appointments, missed appointments, or services already performed are nonrefundable. If a service cannot be completed for reasons outside our control—including missing documentation, donor refusal, insufficient specimen, an invalid identification document, a missed appointment, or laboratory/program requirements—additional fees may apply for rescheduling or recollection.
Testing fees do not guarantee a specific test result, turnaround time, employment outcome, legal outcome, custody outcome, or insurance reimbursement.
6. Testing Results and Turnaround Times
Mobile Drug Testing does not guarantee test results, result timing, laboratory acceptance, specimen adequacy, Medical Review Officer determinations, background-screening outcomes, employer decisions, court decisions, or any other outcome beyond our control.
Laboratories, Medical Review Officers, employers, courts, agencies, third-party administrators, and other authorized parties may have their own procedures, review processes, reporting timelines, and confidentiality obligations. Results may be delayed because of laboratory confirmation, specimen issues, donor verification, Medical Review Officer review, court or employer requirements, weather, shipping, or other factors.
7. Donor Conduct and Collection Procedures
All donors and visitors must treat staff, other clients, and facilities respectfully. Threatening behavior, harassment, discrimination, violence, intoxication, property damage, or refusal to follow reasonable safety and collection instructions may result in service being stopped and law enforcement or the ordering party being notified where appropriate.
For regulated, employer-directed, court-directed, laboratory-directed, or other required testing, collection procedures must be followed exactly. A donor’s failure to comply may be documented and reported to the employer, court, agency, laboratory, third-party administrator, Medical Review Officer, or other authorized party, as applicable.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
Your use of the website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We take privacy seriously, but you understand that information may be shared with authorized laboratories, employers, Medical Review Officers, courts, agencies, third-party administrators, healthcare providers, and other parties as required for the requested service or by law.
